Licences

All of the products provided on stp.educationgalaxies.com, are licensed under a Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (“CC BY-NC-ND 4.0”), that allows personal and non-commercial use. If you plan to re-sell the our products, it’s better for you not to use our products.

Premium Licence

This license allows the user the right to personal and non-transferable use of plugins and widgets. It also grants you access to exclusive functionality, as well as the right to technical support and future updates. By using this license, the user agrees to the rules below:

  • The license is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.
  • The commercial use (“Re-Sale”) of this version is not allowed.
  • Plugins re-design for distribution purposes is not allowed.
  • Free distribution of the plugins, or widgets is completely prohibited.

In case of non-compliance with the above rules, Star Plugins reserves the right to completely suspend the user’s license and usage rights. Refunds in these cases are not allowed.

The use of our products and codes (“HTML, CSS or JS”) without proper authorization may result in sanctions to the user via the DMCA (“Digital Millennium Copyright Act”) for violating our copyrights.

Regular Licence

All our plugins and widgets available on CodeCanyon are sold under the “Regular” license type. This license has its own terms and is defined by CodeCanyon and not by Star Plugins. The user can access in Regular Licence Page.

Delivery

Our plugins and widgets are sold through an third-party sales platform (“Gumroad.com”), you will receive the product directly in your e-mail, used to make the purchase, it will also be possible to download the item on the own platform (“Gumroad.com”) after order completion.

Updates

Normally all updates are emailed to all premium users as soon as they are released. If the user does not receive the update email, they can still get it at any time by clicking the “Download” button in the email they received after completing the purchase.

Support Terms

With the purchase of a plugin or widget, you get full access to our Premium Support. Technical Support is provided on our Support Page, and you should not expect it via Facebook, Twitter or any other means. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a plugin or widget to receive support. Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any of our plugins, or widgets.

  • Support is free for existing customers as long as “6 Months” support time is active.
  • We don’t offer support for installation, customization, administration of Blogger itself.

Refund Policy

As all Star Plugins products are digitally delivered, all sales are final. We are not required to grant chargebacks for Premium and Regular version in the situations listed below.

  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
  • You simply change your mind
  • You bought an item by mistake
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund

Star Plugins reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, prices of all products or renewals, at any time with or without notice.
